「確かな食材」「誠実な仕入れ」「上質な一皿」をお届けすることを理念としています。
都内の飲食店としては唯一、山形牛の競り権を保有し、毎月A４・A５ランクを落札。
3〜5週間かけて丁寧に熟成し、旨味を最大限に引き出した状態でご提供しています。
鶏は徳島の阿波尾鶏を使用。
また、フグ・クエ・タイなどの高級魚は下関・吉沢水産の競りで、
伊勢海老・アワビは千葉県・大原・勝浦の漁港から直接買い付けるなど、
全国の生産者や漁港と直接つながり、確かな目で仕入れを行っています。
ワインは店舗使用だけでなく一般での販売も行っており、
上質なワインをリーズナブルに提供できる独自の体制を整えています。
「WINE HOUSE 南青山」 は、 都内最大級の在庫を誇るワインバーとして、
料理とワインのマリアージュを追求しながら、お客様に“感動の一皿”をお届けしています。

Foods Co., Ltd. operates multiple dining concepts across Tokyo, guided by the philosophy of delivering high-quality ingredients, sincere sourcing, and exceptional dishes.
As the only restaurant group in Tokyo with rights to purchase Yamagata beef at auction, we secure A4 and A5 grade beef every month, carefully aging it for 3–5 weeks to maximize its flavor before serving.
For poultry, we use Tokushima Awaodori chicken.
Premium seafood such as fugu, kué, and sea bream is sourced via auctions at Shimonoseki and Yoshizawa Suisan, while lobster and abalone are purchased directly from the ports of Ohara and Katsuura in Chiba Prefecture.
By working directly with producers and fishing ports across Japan, we ensure every ingredient meets our exacting standards.
Our wine program extends beyond in-house use, allowing us to offer premium wines at reasonable prices through our unique purchasing system.
